The class was tasked with parameters given by complete chance by rolling dice. My rolls resulted with creating a menu for an establishment of my choice, and adding in a large-scale application item, along with full color use, and an experimental fold. I chose Belle's Bread, a French-inspired Japanese style bakery and café located at Tensuke Market in Columbus, Ohio.

The main café menu makes a gentle curve shape that when closed, unites the graphic element as a unique fold, and  additionally as dough being kneaded in towards the center like making bread. The graphic pattern is a Seigaiha pattern of waves, continuing that rounded motif, and can as well follow the shape of cake icing.
